Absolutely stunning picture book- the illustrations capture the attention and imaginations of young readers immediately. The ‘wild’ represented is like a wolf, and filled to bursting with nature of all kinds. We are drawn in by its beauty, its abundance, and its caring nature.
Soon, as these tales go, we are shown how humans did not ‘take only what they need’ and did not help protect the ‘wild’. The story is hopeful however, and we see how one voice can make a difference, can inspire others, and can spark change within communities.
